Other data is developed by the Bank as a function of customer service. Information about transactions with any of our affiliated financial services companies includes your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions and credit card usage. We also may receive information from a consumer reporting agency regarding your creditworthiness and credit history. In all cases, we will limit the use and collection of customer information to what is necessary to administer our business and offer services that may be beneficial to your financial needs.

Each employee is required to follow our "Code of Conduct" which limits access to customer information to those with a business reason to know such information. We do not provide personal information to outside companies for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing of any non-financial service.

We may disclose information we receive from you on applications or other forms (such as your name and address) to companies that perform joint marketing services on our behalf or on behalf of other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

We are permitted under law to share information about our experiences or transactions with your or your account (such as your account balance or your payment history with us) with financial services providers related to us by common control or ownership ("affiliates").
